Three is a Magic Number

Daddy Forever was kind enough to tag me. I usually take these things way too seriously. I have trouble with editing myself, which is going to be an issue when I go for #2 on my “Three Things I Want To Do Before I Die.” I either can’t decide which three are tops, or I have trouble coming up with even one. Well, here goes:

2. write a novel, possibly even publish it
3. travel to India

1. Write

3. Nagging self-doubts

Three Things I’d Like To Learn
1. Russian
2. To Maintain and Repair a Sewing Machine
3. How to write dialogue that doesn’t sound like smart college students trying too hard to impress one another in section

Three Favorite Foods
1. Saag Paneer

3. Any sort of very sharp, very stinky cheese

Three Shows I Watched As A Kid
1. Tons of Cartoons like Rocky and Bullwinkle and the Thundercats and the Hanna Barbera line-up

  1. Birth defect is one of my big fears too. We’re been lucky with the first three kids. But my wife wants a fourth and we’re beyond young, so I’m more concern now about something going wrong than I was with the first three kids.

  2. Household6 says:

    I played!

Daddy forever I’m 35 and I worry about being “old” all the time and its my first child we’re having. I don’t think the fear ever really goes away.

  3. Oh honeychild, you know you don’t want to know my answers to these questions! Hee hee hee!
